RAINSFORD
One Rainsford is a boutique building with 28 residences, uniquely laid out and to the individual specifications of owners.One Rainsford located in Toronto's highly sought after Beaches location was constructed over a two-year period.
The building comprises of six levels,single and double-story residences,with ground floor retail and underground parking. FMA was the prime mechanical contractor providing complete plumbing installation,HVAC and life safety systems.

SENSIENT FLAVOURS
Sensient is a global developer and marketer of high-performance, technology-based colour, flavour and fragrance systems operating from 75 locations in 35 countries, serving customers in more than 150 nations.
FMA designed and installed the HVAC, process and plumbing systems for both the office and manufacturing facility at their new 52,000 sq ft facility in Milton, Ontario.

ST. CLAIR AVE. W
599 St. Clair Avenue West situated in the most desirable Wychwood Park area of Toronto required a complete overhaul of the mechanical structure to suit the increased demands of its tenants and code specifications.
The low-rise complex required complete plumbing installation and hot-water heating system. FMA's team of engineers designed and installed these requirements as part of the complete upgrade to the century old building. This included bringing the building to meet OBC Fire Ratings.
FMA worked closely with the owner and general contractor on this $320,000 mechanical upgrade project
MEADOWVALE OFFICE DEVELOPMENT
For this 26,000 sq ft facility in Mississauga, FMA designed the HVAC and Plumbing to LEED Standard.
Contract value $1.2 million.
